Conversational AI Chatbots

I think one day we will have a thing where you can define like you just set up actions. Like if somebody says they want to buy these shoes, like what you need to call is add to cart,. And then the model will occasionally output that. I've seen LOMs have been used to take action before by thinking about it, like modeling it like a language problem. So instead of it just being a conversation, it's a conversation where every now and again, one of the people says like, do this thing, like asterisk, the thing. And then we trigger off of that.
