The Importance of Voting on Climate Change

The key question here is, is this say of climate really a serious additional opportunity for long term engagement with the company on climate change? Yes or no? Two very important things that might determine that. One is the frequency of the vote and the other one is what will happen if there's significant opposition to that proposal by the company.
