i surprise them wow first bonkers man it's not how is it it's really useful though. i encourage teams to spend up to a week just research in the audience so we have a team that will spend up to 37 hours just understanding whoever it is. We don't spend anywhere near enough time obsessing over the audience you know and our r2 preparation for the meeting you're about to have no the best people in the world are obsessive to the point of it being a bit weird, he says.
