Berlio's Theatrical Symphony - A Strange Character Shift
This is a really difficult passage to play together. Berlios even writes a three line note in the score about how he recommends to rehearse this passage. It's difficult partly because the notes are a little awkward, but it's also such a bizarre character shift. I'll talk more about this nasty passage in my patrionic clusive minnie episode this week.
