Work Hard for Happiness

People have a distaste for what i think we could call intentionality in general. We don't tend to think that you have to work hard at the habits that lead to happiness. The one thing that i point to when i talk about meditation is formal and informal meditation. No sitting down and te operthing of ther breath, going in and out,. or doing yoga to the form of meditation, or listening to mei mindfully. It's about being present to whatever it is that we are doing. That is the essence of meditation.
