How to Create a Coherent Culture
Culture is the underlying credo if you want in which all of the rest of the things happen inside an organization and we strongly believe in that. Many companies are suffering for this is that people rise up their end escalate to their direct report or manager and they wait for them to make a decision. There's a lot of implication in not understanding how your culture is and how it behaves on the other end so there're many people who try understand emotionally the importance of culture but they try to design it like if it was a product, he says.
