Housing was in a recession last June. Do you expect us? Do you expect housing to still be in a recession this June? Yes. For me to get the housing market out of the recession, number one, I was think of when we think of economic cycles and housing,. We think of housing permits, right? So for housing permits to start rising again, they need to get rid of their backlog and new home sales have to grow. The low bar that we had that we were using that 4 million is not here anymore. It's back to where it should been all economic data right now.
