Confession or Not Confessional Penance?

There are circumstances in which someone might walk out of a confessional and go well I'm not doing that. If you're if it'll if an illegitimate penance is imposed there's no again. Find another confessor and say look I went to confession to confess this I had you know perfect contrition here but the penance I was given was this and I cannot in good conscience do that.
