Do Smart Goals Work for You?

I have to break down any sort of goal into these small tasks. And I'll organize them on either like a long list or a number of lists so that I can check it off or cross it off. Sometimes this method can be a trap because if the goal is really big right or like super lofty, then I get kind of overwhelmed when I'm doing the list. It's funny you mentioned or mentioned the overwhelming thing. Being a very structured and concrete person making goals actually helps me counteract the overwhelming feeling. If it's just a big overarching goal then I don't know where to start and I kind of end up spinning in circles and doing nothing.
