Chris Voss: I've done GIFs in videos that of the short clip of the video and that has actually boosted the click through rate of my emails. The software is, we'll talk about that first and then I'll tell you a structure. So there's a lot of different softwares. I just tell people go test it out, see what works for you and what you feel comfortable with. And then on the structure part, this is something that's very interesting. This is actually one of my favorite things to do. But again, it's preference more than anything. They all create videos. they get the job done.
