Apple also previewed a bunch of new accessibility features as part of global accessibility awareness day. The one that caught the most headlines was door detection, which uses cameras to work out if there is a door and how to open it. These were all things that were pretty much coming from iOS 16 onwards but by doing this every May, Apple has the ability to get a lot of attention for its accessibility features.
