At no point during the recruiting process, are we sitting around with a pile of resumes going, okay, how many people know Jenny Ray? Quick show of hands. Okay, howMany people know Keith? What is it? Nobody, we're not doing that. Right? And so if you really don't have anything that you need to ask, like people will want to talk and say, hey, I'd love to talk to you because I want to work at Bayon. You know, level two questions tend to be things that we're also trying to proactively address as well proactively by just putting that out there.
