The Difference Between ICB's and PCN's
Kenton Medway, ICB in southeast England has more patients per fully qualified full-time equivalent GP than anywhere else. That's around 800 more than Gloucestershire ICB which has the lowest number of patients per GP with just under 1,400. So there's a 43% difference in terms of the number of patients each GP has to look after in the most under-docked-toed area compared with the least under-docking areas. There are also some really significant differences within ICB's when you start looking at the workforce data at PCN level,.
