No Credible Threats to Our City
I've never heard of a defendant filing a motion to dismiss on the day of the arraignment, but you never know. I really don't think we we're gonna see much today in the way of unrest or civil disobedience. There's really no place on earth better prepared for an event like this than New York City. We have 35,000 police officers that can be summoned and dispatched on a moment's notice.
