The New Chapter in Financial Services

The u.K. Government published what it called the new chapter for financial services. It doesn't look like wholesale, rapid d regulation is the approach that they're taking. But there are some quite significant changes in particular parts of financial services. And at the moment there's a really interesting set of discussions going on about whether it could carve out and agree and mutual recognition agreement with switzerland.
