What Words Have Been Most Successful?

Snypá is a word to describe the vulva and vagina of a child. It's a play off of the word for willy that's called snop, and this doesn't have any other meaning. The choice of Snypá was attributed to social work at Anna Kostovic in Malmo. She started thinking about how her unborn child might need an equivalent word of snop or willy for the vulva.
