The author is working on a book about what she thinks the internet could be like if we were thoughtful and careful about it. Hank mentioned that even for him, someone with years now of experience, the pressures of being online can take a toll. He's probably got thicker skin than most but I worry about regular people. This is something I'm hearing about from my own kids.
