People Management - What Are the Two Different Approaches?
There are two different approaches to at least one part of people management. The first is what i would call a sort of the low touch approach to this, where you're letting people do their job. But in terms of the performance element of things, what you must do, i believe, is create clear goals and clear accountability. And then think about your job as equipping them with tools to make it easier for them.
