Do You Think We Can Evince Great Powers?
How do we convince great powers that no one is trying to conquer them any more? We worry about their potential to reclaim tiwan. We worry abouttheir desire, or their intention, to take tiwan by force. And interestingly, the open question is china. They haven't undertaken military invasions of other countries. So i think there's a whole reassessment we need do in terms of china. But economic intigration has been one of the tools. It doesn't excuse what russia is doing but it's very hard to seize the moral rush and say walrus invaded ukraine when we were coming under false pretences.
