There are times when we actually don't have total clarity on what's going on in the entire organization. We have to be allow ourselves to be vulnerable about that and be open to that for sure. There are a number of ways to get toward this gap understanding that myself as a coach and consultant, any external facilitator, the leader, or you know, any one person, they're not going to fix the team. The team fixes the team.
