It Is Not Allowable to Pray Behind Someone Whose Salah Is Fasida

The hadith says that no one should lead in the dominion or authority of another except with his permission. If you are in somebody's house, then that trumps other factors as long as the Quran is acceptable. It is not allowed to pray behind someone whose salah is fasida and he must be a Muslim.
