Interviews, Interviews and the User Research Review

There are a set criteria of ways to assess your own interview. If you have an example of a really great interview, definitely use that and have them listen to their own and grade them. And then brainstorm ways that you could all improve your interviews. That's another way to get people involved in the mentorship program. So not only getting that from somebody else, but then it also opens up coaching for others.
