I'm not sure if I heard that correctly but you said 10%. If we're thinking about just the benefit of switching to a diet one of these plant predominant diets do you have a sense for how much of that benefit maybe as a percentage is due to a reduction in body weight versus the change in kind of compounds and nutrients within the diet? Yeah it's a good question. It's kind of hard to say exactly but in the case of the cohort studies where we saw the 10% reduction we can say that there is a role of body weight. Let's go into the components of these diets that are sort of doing the work so to speak that is shifting cardiometabolic health
