The Devil

The devil is banished into our draughts. It's what keeps popping up as a desire, like, you know, i think i want to travel more. I need to rest more, but keeping it at arm's length,. One day i'll figure out how to get more sleep, or one day i'll take that class ... But now i'll keep being here in this uncomfortable zone where i don't advocate for myself... That uncomfortableness, that scarcity, that lack, it's familiar. It's become a habit. What do they say, the devil?
