Culture Is Accidental
There has been almost no intentional thought given to culturen until very recently. Culture is the way people treat each other, and it's the way they co operate or not. As a start up founder myself, i didn't give a second thought to what i wanted the work environment to feel like. Given that culture is accidental, and it soto just happens, how do we deliberately design it? Or can we deliberatelydesign it?
