How to Values Play

values is a really interesting thing, because, as we teach people, there are eight value systems in the world. And all human beings evolve through these value systems. So when we're talking about the best of both worlds, r and minding the diversity, what we're really talking about is not youth per se butbut diversity of value systems. In what really matters, in my view, certainly its the level and quality of maturity. i think one of the red flags, again, don't mistake experience for maturity.
