The Importance of Integration in Acquisitions
When it's a book of business, those are kind of integrated kind of pretty seamlessly. But for businesses or acquisitions that are not just book of business acquisition, you know, integration is the trick and sometimes you don't necessarily need to integrate. Is there any way to generalize here some best practices or is it so case by case that that that is hard? Yeah, I think there is. I mean, I, I was like, seven on both sides, right?
