Exorcism
The problems on exorcism are very small and you're allowed to experiment. I've also been thinking about what I can do on the end of creating exorcism to make it less intimidating. One suggestion that I got was to make it possible to be anonymous when people are providing feedback. It might not always be anonymous but you might, yeah right? Then people giving feedback still can't be assholes because that's mean.
