i think using technology, it can be like, a lower stake's environment. Siin comfortable with that then in prison conversations, or maybe easier. We sometimes stigmatize conversation on technology, yet we kind of think of them as letter. Then, like, there's a hierarchy in communication. And face to face, its always like, this is the best kind of communication ever.
