How Do I Stop the Binge?

Binging is not about stopping the bing s o stopping the havour causing it. What you have to do as stop the behaviour that's causing you to binge, is saving up the calaris. Women more than men tend to get way more hungry with fasting and going long periods without food which leads to cravings. The worst thing you can Ois try to over exercise and undereat to make up for the damage. And this is where i start to notice people starting to develop a healthy relationship with food.
