The Pendemic and the Airline Accident

I think the pendemic was complicated because it hit particular places really strongly early on. And what we're not good at is somehow we fall very quickly into this everybody needs to do the same thing. If we had started from a recognition that it's ok to be different, do you know some places need to shut down everything? i think that would have set us up for success. But instead, we ended up in two camps, do everything you possibly can, or do nothing at all. I'm going to turn to you, na, my her, and i'm hoping that your reflection is a little bit more of lifting, a litle bit more positive.
