Socracy for All - When Have You Seen It Really Work?

I was so happy to come acrosso book. I'd been meaning to explore sociocracy for probably close to ten years, actually. And i've seen people come into a meeting kind of ready to fight, and then leaving feeling better and more connected. Pretty much every meeting i've ever been to, we do a check out at the end of the meeting, and people say, i'm leaving feeling so energized. But that's just true everywhere that i see it.
