You have to tell them what they just said to you. Baa, you just repeat it back. This really is like a cheat code in life. Ever since ryan reynolds told us about it, i use it all the time. Its work's really well on or incredibly effective with kids, with everybody. It also lets me know for sure whether i'm actually understanding the problem exactly. For t you also need to be able to go to your favorite podcasters and say, like, this ucident makes me cry. Ik, youhave that feeling validated. I mean, val validate and empathize, i think. But, da, that's what i does.
