The Impact of Sectors on Valuation
Not all sectors are impacted equally in downturns. There is a broader sentiment around sort of, you know, to what extent are deals done that are global versus regional. So there's a few more parameters that need to be taken into account as we think about the combination of deals here. But I do think that we're seeing sellers a little bit more willing to think about sharing in both the risk and the upside because there's not going to get the all time high valuations of 2021.
