A mistake a lot of men make is they try to go all out on the very first date. And not only does that set the expectations quite high, but you end up potentially Investing a lot of time and money in something which isn't really going to work out. So what I always recommend is sometimes if I go around the first date, just go for a walk, go for a coffee. It's a good way to know if you've got some similarities. You're more than like you're going to have a much higher chance of like some sort of a decent relationship.
