There Shouldn't Be a Rule About Not Asking About Rules

Theactof raymer is confused by that, and he does not know wat to do about it. He doesn't know the rules, and he's wondering if there could be rules about not asking about the rules. I just think that any situation that has a rule about not asking rules is toxic and shitdy. And he should nope out if at all possible.
