Pon casting is an open ego system with a wide variety of producers and consuming aps. It's this great ego system that isn't controlled by a single entity for the most part. spotify did what a few other companies have tried to do it before, which is o create a walled garden of podcasts. And then you know, i think some extent, this, hearkens back to how sternly radio has been moving away from terrestrial media in recent years. But i think it suggests a general trend towards more digital-only formats like podcasting....
