I think one of the major things that probably everyone has to overcome, whether it is a quarter life crisis or a midlife crisis or something like that, is overcoming nihilism. I suppose just sort of taking your own life in hand, you know, not in the sense of egoistic selfishness, which again is a dominant paradigm. And being able at a certain point acrossroads to look at my life and say, if I go, if I carry on down this path, like things are going to end badly quite quickly,. Or I can make a decision and try to, youknow, not let that happen. It's really important that we take responsibility for each other."
