The Importance of Directness
The quicker someone answers the more sort of defensive or they're, they're feeling attacked or they're feeling overpowered. If I try to answer real quick, it's cause I'm trying to be defensive or justify or explain myself. Most people aren't trained in the ability to say like, I'm going to take your question and process my defense response, the trigger, let it kind of subside.
