We Just Have to Provide for Our Security
There is a new international actor coming in the region, china. China provides arms if people pay for it. Even the most elementary basic duty of a state, to provide the safety and security for its citizens, it failed to do. So the local people resolve the problems themselves, with the help of international organizations, with private actors. I can give many examples of this. Clok, governance is the factor already happening. It may not be happening in full fledged, stable democracies like norway or the netherlands. But we see that the national states which are de facto corrupt andcapable don't even respond to the basic needs of the people any more. That's fascinating
