There's a hearing on Capitol Hill today to talk about an ethics code for the Supreme Court. Ian Millheiser: The idea that you would have someone on the Supreme Court who has a spouse who is also themselves a very high-powered professional just wasn't something that existed in the 1790s. He says there's a real sense that the court has gone off the rails both because of its substantive decisions and because of fears of corruption.
