It got me thinking really about, you know, we've had all this incredible technology in the past 20 years to help improve customer experience. But actually, I'm not sure things have got better. In fact, I think things have got worse. The satisfaction data in the UK hasn't budged. So there's a clear decline in the relationships that customers are having even though we've had new technology.
