Socks are not currently in earth orbit they are on some other planet something there haven't been any sightings of socks so i regret to say until that planet is discovered we're just going to have to live with our sock situation. The appearance of the umu amua was a surprise no one knew that it was on its way but when we have a little bit more to compare with it might be possible to to be clearer about that now. Black knight conspiracy theorists emailing uh because they think i mean i try to be generous and respectful when i get these sorts of queries they often see space and archaeology combined and think that i will be somehow less scientific than other scientists or astronomers
