Subreddit Moderation - What's in It for You?

Ross: It's interesting that you describe that vacuum, that flailing because I think we've all been through that. The sub is there is a great way for people to be able to ask questions and interact. So I just want to say thank you for your work as a moderator. Like Kellen said, what a complex and difficult thing to do with no real material return for you. Why do you keep going? How long do you think you'll keep moderating for?
