Using Precision Fermentation to Recreate Milk
In theory, it really kind of is. We know what milk is made up of. And if we are able to produce milk from the ground up, by creating the different components through processes like precision fermentation, then what we have at the end is effectively milk. So would it require any fortification with minerals and so forthh? Yes, because you're building it from the groundup, so to speak.
