How to Deal With Failure

There's no one size fits all answer for that I think it really depends because sometimes it might fall flat with a certain segment of your customer base but not necessarily everybody. Some clients might already be dependent on that feature so you don't want to rip the cord out from underneath them. You can use so many tools out there like mix panel that lets you track the events on a specific feature and you can see how many people are actually using it. If no one's using it then now you can work to you know clean up the tech debt over time and kind of come up with a plan to remove that feature.
