If they ban gas stoves, every landlord in the country is going to install the shittiest electric stove possible rather than like a nice induction stove or something that you're not going to actually match the performance. The only problem with the induction stuff is you got to have a separate little pan so that the bottom of it actually heats your mocha pot which I use for my coffee. You are getting the junkyard special that doubles as a water. You're getting the shitty coil thing. It's time.
