The value of data really depends on the complexity of the problem that you're solving. A few companies have figured out how to put together data in ways that makes full use of it. To me, putting together all these data into super profiles that are really in depth on a person is pretty risky. And there's more potential for things like blackmail, ransom where national security issues may be involved.
