The Inner Voice

i think a lot of how we talk to ourse and the kinds of things we say to ourselves are shaped by early childhood experiences. Our parents say things to us, which we then internalize and say to ourselves. My daughter was actually, this past a summer, took up diving at our local pool. And yet, it turned out that a lot of she said to herself were things that she and i had talked about on walks or things like that. This this shows how malleable our our inner voice is; you would ways expected to write if the inner voice is trying to make sense of the world.
