We had this prodigal instant book that already existed, that about five % o guests were using. And it turned out the biggest drop off was guests trying o book and then a host either rejecting or ignoring. So we decided let's just bet on this. Let's get to a world where a hundred percent air beam beis instant. That became kind of a north star and an essentially informing strategy. But twon haf years later, we actually made a ten of progress. We got from about five per cent of bookings being instend to over 80 per cent. It gets a little in the weeds, but i think it's kind of interesting"
